ErieKIDS presents to OCFoundation

On Friday, May 8th, our president, Jeffrey Natalie and colleague, Kimberly Morrow of the Independent Psychology Practices of Erie attended the OCFWPA conference at Station Square in Pittsburgh, PA.  They were invited to speak on “Families in the treatment of OCD”.  Also presenting at the conference were Dr. Hudak of WPIC and Dr. Alec Pollard, a leading expert in the treatment of OCD, Founder and Director of the Saint Louis Behavioral Medicine Institute Anxiety Disorders Center (ADC) 1982, St. Louis, Missouri. 

Dr. Pollard presented on the history and psychotherapuetic techniques for treating OCD, followed by Dr. Hodak, on pharacological interventions.

Also present was a young author, Kathleen Dunn. Kathleen has written a book titled "The ABCs of OCD".  She was on hand for signing the book and agreed to take some time out to be interviewed on camera about the book and what inspired her to write it. Below is the video from the interview.
